Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items like custom products (personalised or signed items) cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
